Our Open Enrollment event is a wonderful opportunity for prospective parents to learn more about QISS holistic education and our dynamic learning environment. This event includes an opportunity to meet our leadership team, teaching team and our student leaders. We will conduct tours of our school, showing our facilities and introducing you to our incredible team along the way. Our leadership team and some of our students will share presentations about our academic programs, expectations and student life to help you understand why QISS is the Number 1 International School.
本次活动是一个让家长们全面了解QISS教育体系和学习环境的好机会。您将有机会见到我校的领导团队、教学团队以及学生代表。我们将带您参观我校，在了解我校基础设施的同时，向您进行简单的介绍。我校的领导团队和学生们也将分享课程安排和学校生活等内容，帮助您了解为什么QISS是排名第一的国际学校。

Wellbeing is at the heart of learning at QISS! Although it can be hard to define wellbeing, we think that it encompasses “the physical, social and psychological state needed to positively meet life’s challenges.” Our approach to well-being involves a wide range of practises and learning engagements underpinned by the world renowned Leader in Me programme from Dr Stephen Covey.

At QISS, we understand that wellbeing is a prerequisite to successful learning. QISS students learn to take good care of themselves and build meaningful relationships with their peers, teachers, and community members. Our class sizes range from 10-20 students ensuring students’ wellbeing is a focus everyday. Teachers have opportunities for 1:1 discussions with students as well as time to work in small groups. Furthermore, QISS recruits professionally certified classroom teachers that have progressive classroom experience. Every QISS teacher has been trained to support children’s diverse needs and is experienced in differentiating their instruction. We feel that every child deserves a quality education and the opportunity to be successful.

Leader in Me provides our school with the vision and language to lead the school in a way that addresses all areas of development. As each child discovers and develops their unique gifts and talents, they are given opportunities to lead. As leaders, they become active, engaged partners in their own education, and their self-confidence, responsibility, and initiative grows. The children quickly understand the benefits of different gifts and talents; they learn to listen to new ideas, work together to achieve results, and motivate one another to be the best. Together, we will see each child grow throughout the year.
